HPA provides opportunities for people with disabilities to learn skills, commensurate with individual ability, and to engage in meaningful activities within the various enterprises conducted by HPA.

Members of the Board, Management and Staff promote a culture of competence, caring and encouragement and seek to promote a professional image in all activities conducted by HPA. Applicable standards are enunciated by the Board and implemented through management.
